Booking a room
You can check our availability, rates and make a booking via our secure online booking system here. You can also call us on 01843 225166 if you need any help.
We're a small business and we only book direct. Any sites offering to book us or check our prices aren't!
To reserve a room, we take a deposit of the first night's stay payable by card in advance. Any balance is payable on check-out.
Terms
We're sorry, but we can't accommodate babies or children at The Reading Rooms. Our rooms accommodate one or two adults per room. We also can't accommodate pets, except Guide Dogs.
If booking two rooms together, we recommend booking rooms 1 and 2. If booking for a group, please be aware, we don't have communal areas, lounge or dining room and breakfast is served as private dining for two people per room.
Check-ins are from 4pm - 7pm. On Fridays we can arrange later check-ins if you let us know in advance.
Check outs are 10.30am on weekdays and 11.30am on Sundays.

Corporate Events and Location Shoots
Please send us an email to talk through your requirements. We've hosted a number of corporate away day events and location shoots for fashion and interiors. This usually entails booking the whole house and can include use of our lovely front room.
