Rooms are bookable exclusively through this website. We are a small independent business and are not on any online booking site.

Check-out: 11am
Our rooms accommodate one or two adults per room. We're sorry, but we can't accommodate babies or children. We also can't accommodate pets, except Guide Dogs.​​​
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before arrival. Within 7 days, we'll attempt to re-let the room - if successful, we'll refund your deposit. If not, the full booking cost will be charged. More in Terms & Conditions.
